  • Complaint:  Dissatisfaction regarding the fulfillment of a service requirement or the need for an administrative or academic action to be reviewed and for it to be fairly requested.
  • Suggestion: Recommendation regarding an opportunity for improvement in the services offered by the institution.
  • Compliment: Expression and recognition of a positive experience with the service received at our institution.

Attach evidence such as documents, photos, or any other evidence that may support your case.
