QUALITY POLICY
Navarra Languages School offers an education service for work and human development in English as a foreign language. To this end, it is committed to: Executing a strategic plan, maintaining and improving the quality management system, diversifying the educational offering, standardizing resource management, and complying with applicable requirements to ensure excellence in training.
QUALITY OBJECTIVE
- Ensure the execution of a strategic plan through a quality management system and continuous evaluation and improvement processes to guarantee compliance with applicable requirements, development goals, and institutional improvement.
- Diversify the offering of education for work and human development through leadership in the design and development of programs to impact new territories and new students.
- Standardize the management of human, physical, technological, and documentary resources through management tools that create adequate conditions for providing high-quality educational services.
